♫ Fearless in the face of karma♫

7
00:00:40,550 --> 00:00:43,990

00:00:51,310 --> 00:00:53,920
♫ Cursing vanity and wasted time♫

♫ Igniting hearts, and flames of the heart♫

16
00:01:12,520 --> 00:01:16,170
♫ Perseverance, resolute perseverance♫

17
00:01:16,170 --> 00:01:18,980
♫ Heaven and earth, life and death, depend on each other, ♫

18

♫ An unwavering commitment♫

19
00:01:23,550 --> 00:01:27,020
[Battle Through The Heaven]

20
00:01:27,020 --> 00:01:29,980
[Episode 3]

21
00:01:39,470 --> 00:01:42,800
Bai Shan. Bai Shan!

22
00:01:42,800 --> 00:01:44,530
Bai Shan.

23
00:01:46,550 --> 00:01:48,550
What's this?

24
00:01:48,550 --> 00:01:50,680
This is the Bai Clan Fighting Technique that my brother, Bai Cheng, left for me.

25
00:01:50,680 --> 00:01:55,950
It's called "Great Rift Rock," and it counters Xiao Yan's fire attribute Fighting Techniques.

26
00:01:55,950 --> 00:01:58,510
I originally planned to use it to fight against Xiao Yan in the Grand Competition,

27
00:01:58,510 --> 00:02:00,210
but I won't have the chance.

28
00:02:00,210 --> 00:02:04,060
Wu Hao, your Fighting Techniques can't completely counter Xiao Yan,

29
00:02:04,060 --> 00:02:07,880
but with this, it can definitely give you an advantage.

30
00:02:08,790 --> 00:02:10,120
What do you mean?

31
00:02:10,120 --> 00:02:12,620
You are targeting Xiao Yan?

32
00:02:13,970 --> 00:02:17,510
Bai Shan, you just can't enter the tower this year,

33
00:02:17,510 --> 00:02:19,710
but if you focus on training and continue to work hard,

34
00:02:19,710 --> 00:02:21,490
Elder Hao will certainly strive for another chance

35
00:02:21,490 --> 00:02:24,880
for you to enter the Blazing Sky Qi Refining Tower.

36
00:02:24,880 --> 00:02:27,540
You don't have to be so discouraged.

37
00:02:30,400 --> 00:02:32,240
Wu Hao.

38
00:02:39,920 --> 00:02:42,060
What's going on?

39
00:02:46,530 --> 00:02:48,780
Where's your Fighting Energy?

40
00:02:50,660 --> 00:02:52,500
It's disabled.

41
00:02:54,680 --> 00:02:57,090
Xiao Yan did it.

42
00:03:00,790 --> 00:03:03,340
Elder Hao said...

43
00:03:06,430 --> 00:03:09,170
I could never recover it.

44
00:03:14,120 --> 00:03:19,990
Only you, I, and Elder Hao know about it.

45
00:03:24,400 --> 00:03:26,550
I hate Xiao Yan,

46
00:03:28,150 --> 00:03:31,270
but I can't defeat him anymore.

47
00:03:33,200 --> 00:03:35,870
I can't participate in the Grand Competition.

48
00:03:35,870 --> 00:03:38,620
I can't enter the Blazing Sky Qi Refining Tower.

49
00:03:39,680 --> 00:03:42,570
My ten-year dream is shattered,

50
00:03:43,510 --> 00:03:46,620
and my future is ruined.

51
00:03:50,250 --> 00:03:53,130
I don't have any other friends.

52
00:03:53,960 --> 00:03:56,880
Only you can carry on my wish.

53
00:03:58,480 --> 00:04:01,040
If you take this Fighting Technique,

54
00:04:01,040 --> 00:04:05,910
I'll know that someone can defeat Xiao Yan for me honorably.

55
00:04:07,330 --> 00:04:10,360
If you don't take it,

56
00:04:13,090 --> 00:04:17,830
I can only take it and leave the academy with regret.

57
00:04:17,830 --> 00:04:20,070
What are you talking about?

58
00:04:20,070 --> 00:04:22,510
Will you take it...

59
00:04:23,840 --> 00:04:26,150
or not?

60
00:04:32,880 --> 00:04:35,740
I'll keep it for you for now.
 [Great Rift Rock]

61
00:04:45,010 --> 00:04:45,910
Xiao Yan!

62
00:04:45,910 --> 00:04:48,260
Xiao Yan! Xiao Yan!

63
00:04:48,260 --> 00:04:49,290
I've been looking for you.

64
00:04:49,290 --> 00:04:50,890
Why are you at the door of Xun'er's room?

65
00:04:50,890 --> 00:04:52,540
Your big brother is here.

66
00:04:52,540 --> 00:04:55,010
My big brother is here?

67
00:04:55,010 --> 00:04:57,100
He must be here to watch me in the competition.

68
00:04:57,100 --> 00:04:59,680
No, your big brother was carried in.

69
00:04:59,680 --> 00:05:04,100
When he entered the academy, he was covered in blood and barely alive.

70
00:06:08,540 --> 00:06:10,800
Misty Cloud Sect!

71
00:06:13,780 --> 00:06:18,290
Do you want to exterminate our Xiao Family?

72
00:06:18,890 --> 00:06:20,290
Xiao Yan!

73
00:06:20,290 --> 00:06:21,790
I want to return to the Jiama Empire.

74
00:06:21,790 --> 00:06:23,630
I want to bury everyone in the Misty Cloud Sect.

75
00:06:23,630 --> 00:06:25,570
What's the use of being so impulsive?

76
00:06:25,570 --> 00:06:27,520
You don't even know what happened.

77
00:06:27,520 --> 00:06:29,220
Even if you go back without any regard,

78
00:06:29,220 --> 00:06:32,570
with your current abilities, what can you do?

79
00:06:34,440 --> 00:06:37,510
Your big brother is hardly alive and needs immediate treatment.

80
00:06:37,510 --> 00:06:41,780
The most important thing now is to save your big brother's life before finding out the reasons.

81
00:06:41,780 --> 00:06:47,310
Moreover, you still need to win the Grand Competition and enter the Blazing Sky Qi Refining Tower.

82
00:06:48,470 --> 00:06:49,750
How can we save his life?

83
00:06:49,750 --> 00:06:54,280
His life is definitely savable, as long as you stay calm and listen to me.

84
00:06:54,280 --> 00:06:56,880
Okay, I'll listen to you.

85
00:06:56,880 --> 00:07:00,610
In my current situation, I can't personally get out of the Storage Ring to treat him,

86
00:07:00,610 --> 00:07:04,170
but I can give you pills to temporarily stabilize his condition.

87
00:07:04,170 --> 00:07:07,450
We can find a way to cure him after you finish the Grand Competition.

88
00:07:07,450 --> 00:07:09,750
Your older brother will survive.

89
00:07:09,750 --> 00:07:11,790
I promise you.

90
00:08:09,060 --> 00:08:12,610
Old man Yao, thanks for your pill.

91
00:08:17,880 --> 00:08:20,810
I can only temporarily stabilize his vital signs,

92
00:08:20,810 --> 00:08:23,950
but I can't tell you how serious his injuries are.

93
00:08:23,950 --> 00:08:28,500
Otherwise, you won't be able to focus on the competition.

94
00:08:28,500 --> 00:08:32,480
Rather than saying I stabilized his body,

95
00:08:32,480 --> 00:08:36,830
it's more accurate to say that I temporarily stabilized your emotions.

96
00:08:40,770 --> 00:08:41,610
Forget about that.

97
00:08:41,610 --> 00:08:43,770
It's too early for you to read that.

98
00:08:43,770 --> 00:08:46,390
Read this one. This one is suitable for you.

99
00:08:46,390 --> 00:08:48,770
- Captain.
 - What is it?

100
00:08:50,340 --> 00:08:52,210
Take this one. This is good.

101
00:08:52,210 --> 00:08:54,650
Why are you being so mysterious?

102
00:08:55,240 --> 00:08:59,460
Xiao Yan's big brother was carried into the academy, and it seems like he's quite injured.

103
00:09:06,850 --> 00:09:09,410
You're not even as good as you were at the beginning.

104
00:09:09,410 --> 00:09:11,290
Tomorrow is the Strong Ranking Grand Competition.

105
00:09:11,290 --> 00:09:12,840
How can you compete like this?

106
00:09:12,840 --> 00:09:15,940
This "Lion and Tiger Shattering Gold" is not working!

107
00:09:15,940 --> 00:09:18,720
Steady your mind if you want to become stronger.

108
00:09:18,720 --> 00:09:20,190
That's easy for you to say.

109
00:09:20,190 --> 00:09:23,550
Every time I close my eyes, I see my big brother unconscious.

110
00:09:23,550 --> 00:09:26,340
I don't know how my father and other clan members are doing now.

111
00:09:26,340 --> 00:09:28,070
How can I calm down?

112
00:09:28,070 --> 00:09:31,890
If you can't control your emotions now, what will you do when you face bigger challenges,

113
00:09:31,890 --> 00:09:36,640
greater pressure, and more dire situations in the future?

114
00:09:36,640 --> 00:09:39,070
I don't know. I don't know!

115
00:10:03,090 --> 00:10:04,930
Xun'er.

116
00:10:06,090 --> 00:10:08,060
I've seen your big brother.

117
00:10:16,070 --> 00:10:21,170
It's because I defeated Nalan Yanran for the three-year agreement.

118
00:10:22,170 --> 00:10:24,850
Misty Cloud Sect is truly shameless.

119
00:10:26,310 --> 00:10:28,670
Misty Cloud Sect did such a shameless thing.

120
00:10:28,670 --> 00:10:33,980
I know you're anxious, but for the sake of revenge, you have to endure.

121
00:10:33,980 --> 00:10:37,600
But it shouldn't make the entire clan pay the price for me.

122
00:10:37,600 --> 00:10:40,950
My feelings are the same as yours,

123
00:10:41,820 --> 00:10:46,570
but no matter what lies ahead, I will always be by your side.

124
00:10:53,280 --> 00:10:55,220
I know,

125
00:10:56,280 --> 00:11:01,490
the Gu Clan has sent people to take you back.

126
00:11:01,490 --> 00:11:03,160
Who said that?

127
00:11:03,160 --> 00:11:05,900
They just came to check on me.

128
00:11:05,900 --> 00:11:09,630
Gu Yao stayed because he had another task at hand.

129
00:11:09,630 --> 00:11:12,050
It has nothing to do with me.

130
00:11:12,970 --> 00:11:15,510
Really?

131
00:11:17,920 --> 00:11:20,710
I've finally seen you,

132
00:11:21,240 --> 00:11:24,340
and so much has happened to the Xiao Family,

133
00:11:24,920 --> 00:11:27,480
how can I leave now?

134
00:11:29,960 --> 00:11:31,740
I'm sorry, Xun'er.

135
00:11:31,740 --> 00:11:36,540
Queen She Cailin you saw that day was someone I met during my travels.

136
00:11:36,540 --> 00:11:40,060
I obtained my Green Lotus Core Flame from her.

137
00:11:40,060 --> 00:11:43,920
She regressed into the Heaven Swallowing Python after she failed to collect the heavenly flame.

138
00:11:43,920 --> 00:11:46,750
I kept her with me and fed her since then.

139
00:11:46,750 --> 00:11:50,010
At Misty Cloud Sect, she saved me once from Yun Shan's hands,

140
00:11:50,010 --> 00:11:51,850
so I owe her a medicinal pill.

141
00:11:51,850 --> 00:11:53,890
We just have a contractual relationship.

142
00:11:53,890 --> 00:11:55,840
Don't be angry.

143
00:11:55,840 --> 00:11:57,920
You don't need to explain to me.

144
00:11:57,920 --> 00:12:01,170
But last time...

145
00:12:01,170 --> 00:12:03,030
Xiao Yan,

146
00:12:03,030 --> 00:12:07,520
sometimes, you are truly insensitive.

147
00:12:08,090 --> 00:12:10,190
In fact, I know.

148
00:12:10,190 --> 00:12:13,870
We grew up together.

149
00:12:13,870 --> 00:12:18,700
No matter what happens, we are each other's closest family.

150
00:12:19,380 --> 00:12:21,510
The most important thing for me now

151
00:12:21,510 --> 00:12:26,180
is to win the Grand Competition and qualify for entry into the tower.

152
00:12:27,700 --> 00:12:31,680
But my mind wanders, and I can't focus on anything.

153
00:12:35,310 --> 00:12:36,950
Bai Shan!

154
00:12:39,670 --> 00:12:41,610
Hu Jia?

155
00:12:46,750 --> 00:12:48,490
Hu Jia.

156
00:12:53,510 --> 00:12:58,040
Are you changing careers to become a gatekeeper?

157
00:13:01,280 --> 00:13:06,010
Speak up! What do you want from me?

158
00:13:06,010 --> 00:13:09,920
Hu Jia, do you want to defeat Xiao Yan?

159
00:13:09,920 --> 00:13:14,240
Of course, otherwise, I wouldn't practice until late at night every day.

160
00:13:14,240 --> 00:13:17,190
I have a Fighting Technique here that can perfectly counter Xiao Yan's Fighting Techniques.

161
00:13:17,190 --> 00:13:19,660
- As long as you use it, I guarantee...
 - No need.

162
00:13:19,660 --> 00:13:23,190
I know how to defeat Xiao Yan.

163
00:13:23,190 --> 00:13:27,150
I can tell you that I have already obtained some pills from my grandfather.

164
00:13:27,150 --> 00:13:31,230
I am now a Fighting Spirit.

165
00:13:32,020 --> 00:13:33,510
Hu Jia,

166
00:13:34,100 --> 00:13:38,160
I heard that Xiao Yan has a close relationship

167
00:13:38,160 --> 00:13:40,630
with the Gu Clan.

168
00:13:43,240 --> 00:13:45,510
What if Xun'er also gave him some medicinal pills

169
00:13:45,510 --> 00:13:48,170
to boost his strength?

170
00:13:50,260 --> 00:13:52,290
And there's that Gu Yao.

171
00:13:52,290 --> 00:13:54,600
- He...
 - What about him?

172
00:13:58,240 --> 00:13:59,670
Give it to me.

173
00:13:59,670 --> 00:14:03,140
If this does not work so well as you said, you'll be in big trouble.

174
00:14:19,260 --> 00:14:21,240
These ten jade plaques

175
00:14:21,240 --> 00:14:26,040
serve as the vouchers to enter the Blazing Sky Qi Refining Tower.

176
00:14:27,820 --> 00:14:32,400
The twenty students selected from the previous round

177
00:14:32,400 --> 00:14:36,750
will draw lots and pair up.

178
00:14:36,750 --> 00:14:42,580
Those who win within the designated time and seize the jade plaque

179
00:14:42,580 --> 00:14:46,040
will have their names recorded on the new Strong Ranking.

180
00:14:46,040 --> 00:14:52,400
Now, those who have qualified for the Grand Competition come forward.

181
00:15:08,720 --> 00:15:11,680
- Number seven.
 - Number eleven.

182
00:15:13,730 --> 00:15:16,210
Get ready.

183
00:15:16,210 --> 00:15:18,050
- Let's go.
 - Let's go.

184
00:15:18,850 --> 00:15:20,840
This is...

185
00:15:20,840 --> 00:15:23,120
We'll meet in the arena later.

186
00:15:28,750 --> 00:15:33,970
Number eleven will compete with number fifteen.

187
00:15:44,480 --> 00:15:46,830
Xiao Xun'er won.

188
00:15:54,430 --> 00:15:56,630
Number seven, enter the stage.

189
00:15:57,840 --> 00:15:59,670
Number 7 is Xiao Yan!

190
00:15:59,670 --> 00:16:01,610
Good luck.

191
00:16:03,850 --> 00:16:05,630
You'll fight number three.

192
00:16:05,630 --> 00:16:08,150
- Number three?
 - Who is number three?

193
00:16:10,610 --> 00:16:13,070
- Number three is Hu Jia.
 - It's actually her.

194
00:16:13,070 --> 00:16:15,240
Why is it Hu Jia?

195
00:16:24,870 --> 00:16:26,870
It's going to be interesting.

196
00:16:26,870 --> 00:16:28,870
Why are you here?

197
00:16:28,870 --> 00:16:32,910
If Xiao Yan wants to have his name on the Strong Ranking, it won't be that easy.

198
00:16:32,910 --> 00:16:34,920
Why?

199
00:16:34,920 --> 00:16:39,720
According to my observations, Hu Jia has already broken through to the Fighting Spirit.

200
00:16:41,510 --> 00:16:43,720
That's not good.

201
00:16:43,720 --> 00:16:47,140
But for Xiao Yan, this match is not about winning or losing.

202
00:16:47,140 --> 00:16:51,140
I think it's only about winning or losing.

203
00:17:00,040 --> 00:17:02,360
I don't think you are number three.

204
00:17:02,360 --> 00:17:06,750
Doesn't matter. Your opponent is me now.

205
00:17:15,620 --> 00:17:17,520
Stop, stop, stop.

206
00:17:17,520 --> 00:17:20,300
What? Surrendered already?

207
00:17:22,220 --> 00:17:24,940
Don't play tricks.

208
00:17:24,940 --> 00:17:26,350
You are a big bully!

209
00:17:26,350 --> 00:17:29,720
You beat me so hard.

210
00:17:29,720 --> 00:17:31,190
Then you surrender.

211
00:17:31,190 --> 00:17:33,910
That way, I won't hit you.

212
00:17:33,910 --> 00:17:36,940
Then you put down your big ruler first.

213
00:17:39,220 --> 00:17:40,960
Happy now?

214
00:17:44,860 --> 00:17:47,910
Hu Jia, we are fellow students.

215
00:17:47,910 --> 00:17:51,060
There's no need to go so hard.

216
00:17:52,370 --> 00:17:55,120
Great Rift Rock!

217
00:17:59,940 --> 00:18:02,760
Xiao Yan, don't make excuses.

218
00:18:02,760 --> 00:18:06,570
If you can't break my Fighting Technique, surrender obediently.

219
00:18:12,970 --> 00:18:15,650
Fire-splitting Wave-gnawing Ruler!

220
00:18:15,650 --> 00:18:17,490
Break!

221
00:18:20,170 --> 00:18:21,650
What?

222
00:18:21,650 --> 00:18:23,490
What Fighting Technique is it?

223
00:18:25,940 --> 00:18:28,580
What Fighting Technique is Hu Jia using?

224
00:18:28,580 --> 00:18:29,880
Interesting.

225
00:18:29,880 --> 00:18:31,370
It seems like a defensive technique,

226
00:18:31,370 --> 00:18:36,240
but if you don't break the stone formation, you will be trapped for good.

227
00:18:36,240 --> 00:18:39,700
But Xiao Yan doesn't seem to intend to use his full strength now.

228
00:18:39,700 --> 00:18:43,370
Hu Jia's Fighting Technique perfectly counters Xiao Yan's techniques.

229
00:18:43,370 --> 00:18:48,180
It's impossible for him to obtain the plaque without going all out.

230
00:18:49,620 --> 00:18:50,770
It looks like Hu Jia might win.

231
00:18:50,770 --> 00:18:52,800
That's amazing.

232
00:18:55,190 --> 00:18:57,530
Xiao Yan.

233
00:18:57,530 --> 00:19:02,840
You'll never set foot where I, Bai Shan, can't.

234
00:19:09,790 --> 00:19:12,220
What Fighting Technique is this?

235
00:19:40,170 --> 00:19:43,610
Twelve Extreme Changes.

236
00:19:54,790 --> 00:19:57,560
The Great Sundering Rock, the Infinity Change.

237
00:19:57,560 --> 00:19:59,980
You can't break this formation.

238
00:20:16,840 --> 00:20:20,240
Xiao Yan, don't blame me for tricking you.

239
00:20:20,240 --> 00:20:22,430
Fighting Practitioners only care about victory and defeat.

240
00:20:22,430 --> 00:20:24,880
Either you walk out of here with a win,

241
00:20:24,880 --> 00:20:27,480
or you fall in the ring with a loss.

242
00:20:27,480 --> 00:20:29,960
There is no third outcome.

243
00:20:36,430 --> 00:20:39,970
Xiao Yan, what are you doing?

244
00:20:39,970 --> 00:20:44,120
If you can't enter the Blazing Sky Qi Refining Tower, you won't be able to subdue Fallen Heart Flame.

245
00:20:44,120 --> 00:20:46,860
Are you willing to be the Xiao Family's trash?

246
00:20:46,860 --> 00:20:48,840
The Xiao Family's genius?

247
00:20:48,840 --> 00:20:50,930
You're just a loser.

248
00:20:50,930 --> 00:20:53,270
The Xiao Family really has no one left.

249
00:20:53,270 --> 00:20:56,540
Xiao Yan. Shout it out!

250
00:20:57,240 --> 00:21:00,520
Are you afraid of losing in front of others,

251
00:21:00,520 --> 00:21:04,320
or that Xiao Xun'er will see you lose pathetically?

252
00:21:07,550 --> 00:21:09,000
Xiao Yan.

253
00:21:09,000 --> 00:21:11,030
Shout it out if you are angry!

254
00:21:11,030 --> 00:21:15,440
Otherwise, how do people know how powerful you are?

255
00:21:19,170 --> 00:21:24,440
No mountain is taller than a man.

256
00:21:26,260 --> 00:21:28,790
You are right.

257
00:21:28,790 --> 00:21:31,700
There is no third outcome.

258
00:21:34,070 --> 00:21:38,090
Lion and Tiger Shattering Gold.

259
00:21:51,390 --> 00:21:54,030
Xiao Yan is awesome.

260
00:21:54,030 --> 00:21:55,720
I've never seen that before.

261
00:21:55,720 --> 00:21:57,940
What a trick is this?

262
00:22:05,640 --> 00:22:07,940
Is this loud enough now?

263
00:22:08,640 --> 00:22:11,640
Xiao Yan, you won.

264
00:22:13,070 --> 00:22:14,960
Does it still hurt?

265
00:22:14,960 --> 00:22:17,150
It's okay.

266
00:22:17,150 --> 00:22:19,090
Xun'er.

267
00:22:21,050 --> 00:22:23,510
Xiao Yan, it was my fault.

268
00:22:23,510 --> 00:22:28,370
- You finally realized it. You almost got Xiao Yan killed.
 - Exactly.

269
00:22:28,370 --> 00:22:31,000
Xiao Yan, I'll never go against you again.

270
00:22:31,000 --> 00:22:33,570
- What if you do it again?
 - Enough.

271
00:22:33,570 --> 00:22:37,970
Playing tricks in the game means you're smart.

272
00:22:37,970 --> 00:22:40,110
I forgive you.

273
00:22:41,790 --> 00:22:43,960
Everyone,

274
00:22:43,960 --> 00:22:48,920
the Strong Ranking Grand Competition of today was better than ever.

275
00:22:49,480 --> 00:22:54,630
Based on your performance on the arena, as judged by the elders,

276
00:22:54,630 --> 00:22:59,690
I would like to announce the Strong Ranking next.

277
00:23:16,910 --> 00:23:21,180
The third place. Xiao Xun'er.

278
00:23:21,180 --> 00:23:22,990
Applause.

279
00:23:26,880 --> 00:23:30,210
The second place. Hu Jia.

280
00:23:33,270 --> 00:23:35,310
Thank you.

281
00:23:37,540 --> 00:23:40,450
Tied for second place.

282
00:23:40,450 --> 00:23:42,790
Xiao Yan.

283
00:23:42,790 --> 00:23:44,310
Tied?

284
00:23:44,310 --> 00:23:46,480
Tied? Wait.

285
00:23:46,480 --> 00:23:48,720
Headmaster, are you mistaken?

286
00:23:48,720 --> 00:23:51,160
Who's the first place winner?

287
00:23:52,640 --> 00:23:55,240
As for the first place...

288
00:23:55,240 --> 00:23:56,980
It's over there.

289
00:24:03,020 --> 00:24:09,860
[First Place Zi Yan]

290
00:24:09,860 --> 00:24:11,860
[Jianan Academy, Medicine Forest]

291
00:24:16,390 --> 00:24:19,880
The first place should have been mine.

292
00:24:19,880 --> 00:24:22,100
It should have been mine.

293
00:24:24,390 --> 00:24:26,030
Who is that?

294
00:24:27,360 --> 00:24:29,210
Who are you?

295
00:24:30,320 --> 00:24:34,120
This is the Medicine Forest of Jianan Academy. How did you break in?

296
00:24:34,120 --> 00:24:37,910
[Han Feng, Medicine Emperor in Feng City]
We had a deal before.

297
00:24:37,910 --> 00:24:39,910
Have you forgotten?

298
00:24:39,910 --> 00:24:41,460
It was you.

299
00:24:41,460 --> 00:24:45,320
You're the one who hurt me with the fake pill, right?

300
00:24:47,380 --> 00:24:49,270
Junior Brother,

301
00:24:49,270 --> 00:24:54,560
why is your Fighting Energy so deficient?

302
00:24:57,360 --> 00:25:01,530
Stop pretending to be compassionate. Isn't it all because of your fake pill?

303
00:25:01,530 --> 00:25:02,790
Let's go.

304
00:25:02,790 --> 00:25:06,620
Come with me to see the elders and make it clear. Go.

305
00:25:09,270 --> 00:25:11,840
Looks like you were in a hurry.

306
00:25:11,840 --> 00:25:17,600
The pill I gave you needs time to be digested.

307
00:25:17,600 --> 00:25:20,960
You just took a fierce medicine,

308
00:25:20,960 --> 00:25:24,270
and you were rushing to forcefully raise your Fighting Energy level,

309
00:25:24,270 --> 00:25:27,190
and even fought with someone.

310
00:25:27,190 --> 00:25:29,520
Think about it.

311
00:25:29,520 --> 00:25:34,770
How can your body
withstand this kind of torture?

312
00:25:35,520 --> 00:25:37,940
Don't think I'll ever trust you again.

313
00:25:39,270 --> 00:25:43,070
My medicine has never gone wrong.

314
00:25:43,070 --> 00:25:48,460
Otherwise, I wouldn't call myself the Medicine Emperor

315
00:25:48,460 --> 00:25:50,720
of the Blackhorn Domain.

316
00:25:50,720 --> 00:25:52,760
Blackhorn Domain?

317
00:25:53,860 --> 00:25:57,750
Medicine Emperor in Feng City? So you are Medicine Emperor in Feng City?

318
00:25:58,910 --> 00:26:01,390
Think about it.

319
00:26:01,390 --> 00:26:05,290
Who in the entire Jiama Empire besides Jianan Academy

320
00:26:05,290 --> 00:26:08,970
can give you a Purple Heart Barrier-Breaking Pill?

321
00:26:10,670 --> 00:26:13,590
Since you are the Medicine Emperor, why did you hide your identity?

322
00:26:13,590 --> 00:26:15,260
You...

323
00:26:16,600 --> 00:26:19,790
You're coveting something from Jianan Academy, aren't you?

324
00:26:19,790 --> 00:26:22,390
It's not coveting.

325
00:26:22,390 --> 00:26:27,550
I came to your academy because I heard

326
00:26:27,550 --> 00:26:31,690
that a treasure is inside the Blazing Sky Qi Refining Tower,

327
00:26:31,690 --> 00:26:34,370
so I would like to have a look.

328
00:26:35,080 --> 00:26:37,796
You want to enter the Blazing Sky Qi Refining Tower?

329
00:26:39,240 --> 00:26:41,310
No way. Absolutely impossible.

330
00:26:41,310 --> 00:26:43,600
You're an outsider. You'll never get into the tower.

331
00:26:43,600 --> 00:26:45,950
- No way.
 - No worries.

332
00:26:45,950 --> 00:26:50,190
It's not that hard to restore your Fighting Energy.

333
00:26:50,190 --> 00:26:55,720
Just do me a little favor.

334
00:27:07,310 --> 00:27:09,590
His pulse is still weak.

335
00:27:16,960 --> 00:27:19,930
Xiao Yan, why don't we go find Headmaster Su Qian

336
00:27:19,930 --> 00:27:23,040
and ask him to get everyone together to diagnose him?

337
00:27:25,030 --> 00:27:28,920
Other than old man Yao, no one can cure him.

338
00:27:31,030 --> 00:27:32,970
Old man Yao?

339
00:27:43,480 --> 00:27:46,880
Xun'er, you've never pressed me about my past.

340
00:27:46,880 --> 00:27:49,220
I know you trust me.

341
00:27:50,550 --> 00:27:55,000
But it's time to tell you about this.

342
00:27:55,000 --> 00:27:59,800
In fact, I have a very powerful teacher, the Medicine Sage of the Central Plains.

343
00:27:59,800 --> 00:28:03,750
He taught me all my Fighting Techniques.

344
00:28:04,550 --> 00:28:09,760
He's also the one who stabilized my brother's injury.

345
00:28:09,760 --> 00:28:12,360
The Medicine Sage of the Central Plains?

346
00:28:12,360 --> 00:28:16,940
It turned out that your teacher is such a powerful figure.

347
00:28:16,940 --> 00:28:21,240
Then where is he now? Let's go find him together.

348
00:28:21,240 --> 00:28:23,010
He's here.

349
00:28:26,880 --> 00:28:30,760
He's inside the Storage Ring?

350
00:28:30,760 --> 00:28:33,060
It's a long story.

351
00:28:33,060 --> 00:28:37,040
Anyway, old man Yao can only stay in my Storage Ring for now.

352
00:28:38,390 --> 00:28:39,880
This is a secret.

353
00:28:39,880 --> 00:28:42,270
Never tell anyone.

354
00:28:44,030 --> 00:28:48,780
So, I'm going into the Storage Ring now and ask my teacher to save my brother.

355
00:28:48,780 --> 00:28:53,470
It turns out that every time you were in meditation before, you went to see your teacher.

356
00:28:54,670 --> 00:28:57,240
Don't worry. I'll be out there keeping watch.

357
00:28:57,240 --> 00:28:58,660
Okay.

358
00:28:59,480 --> 00:29:01,600
Old man Yao, what happened to my brother?

359
00:29:01,600 --> 00:29:04,360
Didn't you say you've stabilized his condition?

360
00:29:04,360 --> 00:29:06,720
How could you fight in peace if I hadn't said so?

361
00:29:06,720 --> 00:29:09,520
I have indeed stabilized his condition.

362
00:29:09,520 --> 00:29:13,670
But too much tainted blood and turbid qi have been deposited inside his meridians.

363
00:29:13,670 --> 00:29:16,370
It's necessary to comb through all his meridians.

364
00:29:16,370 --> 00:29:20,392
Only after the tainted blood is discharged can he truly wake up.

365
00:29:20,392 --> 00:29:22,430
What kind of medicine should we use then?

366
00:29:22,430 --> 00:29:24,550
There's no medicine available.

367
00:29:24,550 --> 00:29:28,310
The only way is to use Fighting Energy to directly break his necrotic meridians

368
00:29:28,310 --> 00:29:32,610
and renew them after discharging the tainted blood. The process is extremely dangerous,

369
00:29:32,610 --> 00:29:36,150
and he could bleed to death at any time.

370
00:29:36,150 --> 00:29:38,760
Yet I can't go out of the Storage Ring right now.

371
00:29:38,760 --> 00:29:42,180
On the one hand, if I go out, I will consume too much Fighting Energy.

372
00:29:42,180 --> 00:29:44,140
On the other hand, even if I go out,

373
00:29:44,140 --> 00:29:48,630
I still won't be able to save him without enough Fighting Energy to support me.

374
00:29:54,840 --> 00:29:57,470
Then I'll do as you say.

375
00:30:00,380 --> 00:30:03,420
This has never been done before.

376
00:30:03,420 --> 00:30:05,960
Once you've made your decision, you can't go back on it.

377
00:30:05,960 --> 00:30:09,420
By then, you'll do whatever I say.

378
00:30:09,420 --> 00:30:14,350
You'll be my hands, my eyes and only listen to me.

379
00:30:15,190 --> 00:30:18,590
My brother's life depends on you.

380
00:30:20,600 --> 00:30:22,440
Let's begin.

381
00:30:49,000 --> 00:30:53,840
Mobilize your Fighting Energy between your two hands...

382
00:30:54,790 --> 00:30:57,730
and focus it on the "Wind Gate" on the back.
(Fengmen acupuncture point, either side of 2nd thoracic vertebrae)

383
00:31:09,960 --> 00:31:12,440
Open the meridians.

384
00:31:57,190 --> 00:32:01,630
God, please keep Brother safe.

385
00:32:03,790 --> 00:32:07,750
Medicine Sage, please save him.

386
00:32:29,240 --> 00:32:30,980
Xun'er.

387
00:32:34,120 --> 00:32:36,830
- How is it going?
 - Water.

388
00:32:36,830 --> 00:32:38,380
Okay.

389
00:32:45,120 --> 00:32:46,960
Here comes the water.

390
00:32:50,640 --> 00:32:52,280
Here.

391
00:32:59,000 --> 00:33:01,040
He drank it.

392
00:33:06,120 --> 00:33:08,250
Thanks to old man Yao.

393
00:33:10,070 --> 00:33:13,290
Xiao Yan, I would like...

394
00:33:13,290 --> 00:33:15,830
I would like to thank the Medicine Sage.

395
00:33:16,960 --> 00:33:19,570
Old man Yao, how are you?

396
00:33:19,570 --> 00:33:22,530
Your brother's life has been saved.

397
00:33:24,240 --> 00:33:26,000
Old man Yao, this is...

398
00:33:26,000 --> 00:33:27,910
I'm Xun'er.

399
00:33:27,910 --> 00:33:29,380
You brat.

400
00:33:29,380 --> 00:33:33,190
Why did you bring a girl in while I am like this?

401
00:33:33,190 --> 00:33:36,210
Master Yao, don't blame Xiao Yan.

402
00:33:36,210 --> 00:33:39,170
It's my own fault.

403
00:33:39,170 --> 00:33:42,790
I just realized that it was you who helped Xiao Yan

404
00:33:42,790 --> 00:33:45,720
in the Storage Ring during those previous days.

405
00:33:45,720 --> 00:33:49,310
You are his benefactor, as well as mine.

406
00:33:49,310 --> 00:33:53,720
So I have to come to say thank you in person.

407
00:33:54,910 --> 00:33:57,720
No wonder he kept talking about you all the way.

408
00:33:57,720 --> 00:33:59,790
It makes sense.

409
00:33:59,790 --> 00:34:02,120
Really?

410
00:34:02,120 --> 00:34:04,570
Why do you always expose me?

411
00:34:04,570 --> 00:34:07,260
It's okay. We have already met each other.

412
00:34:07,260 --> 00:34:10,960
Don't take this lightly. Go and find Fire and Ice Dragon Beard Fruit.

413
00:34:10,960 --> 00:34:14,190
Another medicine is needed for your brother to recover.

414
00:34:14,190 --> 00:34:16,880
I'll go for it right away. You should stay to look after Master Yao.

415
00:34:16,880 --> 00:34:19,230
Okay. You should go together.

416
00:34:19,230 --> 00:34:23,140
Or you will miss each other. And I can't be at ease.

417
00:34:23,140 --> 00:34:24,180
Old man Yao...

418
00:34:24,180 --> 00:34:26,310
Go!

419
00:34:29,390 --> 00:34:31,720
The Ice and Fire Dragon Beard Fruit is a superb medicinal herb.

420
00:34:31,720 --> 00:34:35,140
It should only be stocked in the academy's elixir room right now.

421
00:34:35,140 --> 00:34:37,780
- Doesn't the academy have a Medicine Forest?

422
00:34:37,780 --> 00:34:39,060
Medicine Forest?

423
00:34:39,060 --> 00:34:41,960
Students are not allowed to enter there without authorization.

424
00:34:41,960 --> 00:34:44,630
Seems like it's because there's a monster.

425
00:34:44,630 --> 00:34:48,710
I've heard that this monster is neither animal nor fowl, and it's very fierce.

426
00:34:48,710 --> 00:34:52,090
A student was injured by it when he entered the Medicine Forest by mistake.

427
00:34:52,090 --> 00:34:54,800
The Medicine Forest has since been banned.

428
00:34:54,800 --> 00:34:58,930
Now all of the academy's medicinal herbs have to go through Elder Hao.

429
00:34:58,930 --> 00:35:02,740
Is there really a monster in the Medicine Forest?

430
00:35:02,740 --> 00:35:12,200
